Miguel Ángel comes from Madrid, and Mari Ángeles has her roots in Villahermosa (Ciudad Real), where she spent every summer in this town, at her aunt María’s house.

At the end of the summer and the start of the new school year, she remembers when the teacher asked about vacations. Most of her colleagues answered “very good at the beach”, while she answered that she was happy in her village.

When they were given the opportunity to be part of the Campo del Quijote project and to carry it out in a more concrete way, they did not have to think twice.

In fact, they had already been thinking about moving to Villahermosa for some time, because they had realized that the time, days off and vacations they spent in the town were of better quality than in the city.

So, Mari Ángeles and Miguel Ángel decided to sell their house in Madrid and come to live in the village. Both are motivated by working with producers and artisans who believe in their projects, to make them known and share their know-how.

Nowadays, you don’t find them double-parking their car to take their daughter to school before going to work; nowadays, Mari Ángeles and Miguel Ángel lead a quieter life, they enjoy the moment, being here.
