Before purchasing any of the products you find on this website, we recommend that you read in detail these conditions and the terms that apply to the website www.campodelquijote.es, relating to the direct online sale of food, beverages and handicrafts.

The contracting conditions specified here, regulate the relationship between the responsible of the website, and customers who purchase their products or services. You can review or download these general conditions of contracting services at any time by accessing this website.

Asociación Tierras de Libertad reserves the right to modify or update these conditions at any time. If the modifications constitute a substantial change in the terms, Asociación Tierras de Libertad will notify by posting a notice on the website www.campodelquijote.es.

Age of majority

The products published on this website are only available to those persons with legal capacity to purchase them, so that those who do not meet the condition of age of majority should refrain from providing personal information through this website. However, they may do so through their parents or legal guardians, in accordance with the provisions of the legal regulations.

This merchant agrees not to permit any transaction that is illegal, or is deemed by the credit card brands or the acquiring bank, that may or has the potential to damage the goodwill of, or adversely influence them. The following activities are prohibited under the card brands’ programs: the sale or offer of a product or service that is not in full compliance with all laws applicable to the Purchaser, Issuing Bank, Merchant, Cardholder, or cards. Prices and payment methods

The customer agrees to pay for the products purchased in the forms of payment accepted on the website, and for any additional amount (including taxes and shipping costs).

The prices applicable to each service are those indicated on the website (on the online store page and on the product pages).

All prices of the online store through which the products can be purchased, include the tax applicable to the country or area in which you are on the day of the order. Taxes will be calculated automatically depending on the place where the buyer resides. Any change in taxes will be automatically applied to the prices of the services on sale.

The following forms of payment are accepted:

  • Bank Transfer: To account number ES4531902009625423126829. Payment by bank transfer is a simple payment method to make purchases over the Internet from your own bank. You will have to indicate as concept of the payment the number of your order to avoid errors in the management of the same one, and to send to info@campodelquijote.es the receipt of the above mentioned transference to speed up the order. Once the payment has been confirmed, the order will be sent to the customer.
  • Bank Card: This website uses the following payment gateways:
    • Gateway: Stripe. The bank cards accepted by this gateway are: Visa®, Mastercard® and American Express®, as well as 4B or 4B Maestro debit card (which implies an automatic charge). Any other type of card other than those listed above will not be accepted for payment. Through this payment method, Asociación Tierras de Libertad does not collect or manipulate any customer data related to your card number. All data are processed directly by the corresponding financial institution, thus offering the highest security and confidentiality in the transaction.
    • Asociación Tierras de Libertad reserves the right to refuse an order whose transaction is considered illegal. Any activity considered illegal will be immediately notified to the competent authorities.
  • Paypal: This payment method is also available as a payment method on this website. By selecting this method at the time of finalizing the order the user will access directly to the PayPal website. You do not need to enter bank details, it is only required to have a PayPal account created and you can make payments by entering only your email and password, you can also create the account at the time or make the payment directly by entering the credit card details. The data entered on the PayPal website are not communicated.
  • Bizum: This payment method is also available as a payment method on this website. Enter the phone number associated with the service and the password for online purchases of BIZUM (If you do not yet have your password you can request it in the app of your bank). You will receive an SMS with a confirmation code that you must enter in the payment window and complete the payment. The possibility of using this service will be subject to the availability of each bank to make online purchases with BIZUM.

No other method of payment is accepted.

Payment is always in advance of 100% of the order and the services will be provided upon confirmation of the order. The customer will notify the Asociación Tierras de Libertad of any undue or fraudulent charge on the card used for purchases, by email or telephone, in the shortest possible time to make the necessary arrangements.

An invoice corresponding to the purchase is issued to the user in paper format within 7 days from the date of purchase, which will be sent to the user together with the content of the order. However, the user may expressly request an invoice in digital format by sending an email to info@campodelquijote.es.

Shipping

We ship to Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. Shipments to Spain are made through several courier companies such as Tipsa, and GLS.

Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday.

For orders of amount equal or superior to 29,90EUR, the postage is free for shipments to Peninsula. For orders of less than 29,90EUR, shipping to Peninsula has a variable cost depending on its weight.For packages up to 1kg, the shipping cost is 4,67EUR plus VAT, up to 3kg 4,84EUR plus VAT, up to 5kg 5,35EUR plus VAT, up to 10kg 6,23EUR plus VAT, and up to 15kg 8,50EUR plus VAT.

Shipping costs for the Balearic Islands are 7,19€ plus VAT (shipments to Mallorca), and 9,15€ plus VAT for the rest of the Balearic Islands, when its weight is up to 15 kg. From this weight, the shipping costs will be 1,82€ + VAT per additional kilo in shipments to Mallorca, and 2,28€ in the rest of the Balearic Islands.

Shipping costs for the Canary Islands are 10,50€ plus VAT (shipments to Tenerife), and 13,26€ plus VAT for the rest of the Canary Islands, when its weight is up to 15 kg. From this weight, the shipping costs will be 3,99€ + VAT per additional kilo in shipments to Tenerife, and 4,33€ in the rest of the Canary Islands.

Shipping costs for Ceuta and Melilla are €18.34 plus VAT, when the weight is up to 15 kg. From this weight, it will be € 3.71 plus VAT per additional kg.

Returns and exchanges

When the user places an order, he/she has the right to make any exchange or return within 14 calendar days. The period will start from the day the user picks up or receives the order. No exchanges are allowed for food items or toys that have been removed from their original packaging.

The following exceptions (among others) are established in the exercise of the right of withdrawal and are expressly included in the Law on consumers and users, which are:

  • The supply of goods made to the consumer’s and/or user’s specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire rapidly.
  • The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of goods that after their delivery and taking into account their nature have been inseparably mixed with other goods.

To make a return, the user must log in with your username and password and, in the order, you will find a link to make the return. This procedure can also be carried out electronically by sending an email to info@campodelquijote.es. A carrier will pick up the package at the address chosen by the user in 24-48 hours. If the user has made the purchase as a guest on the web, you can request the return by accessing the link that appears in the emails sent to you about your order. In this case, you must send the returned item to this online store within 14 days from the registration of the return.

Refunds: The user will be refunded the amount of the purchase with the same payment method used when making the purchase. The user will receive confirmation of the refund by email once it has been made.

Cancellation form:

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer and/or user has a period of 14 calendar days. To do so, he/she shall optionally complete the form established for this purpose below (other forms may be used, provided they include the minimum requirements to be considered valid), and shall send it to the seller by telematic means or postal mail.

From the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract, the consumer and/or user has a period of 14 calendar days to return to the seller in perfect condition the purchased good together with a copy of the purchase invoice.

The consumer and/or user shall be responsible for and bear the shipping costs involved in returning the products.

The seller shall promptly communicate to the consumer and/or user by e-mail the acknowledgement of receipt of such withdrawal, with instructions for shipment by the consumer and/or user. Once the product has been received or the consumer and/or user has provided reliable proof of the return of the goods, the seller shall deliver the sums paid by the consumer and/or user without undue delay.

The consumer and/or user shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Claims

For the purpose of claims, the user may contact the seller by e-mail to info@campodelquijote.es or by post to Calle Santo Tomás, 39 13320, Villanueva de los Infantes (Ciudad Real).

Once the complaint has been received, the seller will contact the consumer and/or user in order to explain what happened and reach an agreement on what happened.

In the case of an order placed and not received by the user within a reasonable period of time, and in the event that the seller does not have availability of the contracted good, the consumer and/or user will be informed of this lack of availability and will receive the sums paid by the seller as soon as possible.

Ordering

Prior to making the purchase, the user must complete the corresponding information required for the purchase of the products available on this website. The information you provide must be accurate, complete and updated at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a violation of the terms of this website.

The steps to make the purchase of products through this website are:

Validation of purchase

Once the purchase has been made and payment has been made, an order confirmation will be sent by e-mail as proof of purchase, which will not be valid as an invoice.

This order confirmation will serve as proof and to verify that all data and purchase information are correct. If this is not the case, or if you do not agree with any of the data, you may request the modification of this data or the cancellation of the order.

Limitation of liability

Asociación Tierras de Libertad, owner of this website, reserves the right to make, at any time and without prior notice, modifications and updates of the information contained in this website. The user must access to updated versions of the page.

In no event shall Land of Liberty Association be liable for any breach of contract by the customer, negligence with respect to the website, the service or any content, or actual, special, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages of any kind arising out of your misuse of the tools provided.

The sole responsibility of the RESPONSIBLE party shall be to supply the products purchased under the terms and conditions expressed in this contracting policy.

Dispute resolution, warranties and liabilities

The relationship between the RESPONSIBLE and the USER shall be governed by the Spanish legislation in force and any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the province of Ciudad Real, for professional clients, whether self-employed or companies. In the case of individual customers (consumers and users), they shall be subject to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of the individual.
